Hello fellow drivers.
Just a quick reminder.
If you are experiencing some issues with your pre pass. More than likely your batteries on the unit are out. Please remember to change them every 3 months at least-we are finding out that this is the main issue to the pre pass problem. Unfortunately the batteries only last about 2-3 months tops in them. Please make sure to use lithium batteries only. Do not throw away the batteries please. Bring them back to the office terminal next time you are around and we will recycle them for you unless you have a way of doing so.
