CHECK OVER EQUIPMENT

EQUIPMENT DAMAGE-CHECK AND REPORT.

ATTENTION DRIVERS:

We are seeing an increase in Found Damage by drivers. Please inspect equipment daily when:

1. At Truck stops - Walk around truck and trailer before you leave

2. Newport Yard – Pre/Post trip inspections, look for damage

3. Dropped Trailers – Yard jockeys are known to damage trailers. Inspect, photograph and call Dispatch, Safety if you find damage to our equipment on their lot. Shippers/Receivers will pay for damage if we report it right away.

Report any damage you do to trucks and/or trailers immediately.
